What is new about UJ Rewards?

We gave UJ Rewards a makeover! Points, tiers, and benefits are now designed to make sure our most loyal customers are being recognized and rewarded the way they deserve. No matter your tier, you’ll still get early access to new drops before anyone else! We also simplified shipping and returns for UJ Rewards members, so shopping UJ is as effortless as possible.  

What benefits do UJ Rewards members get? 

While specific benefits vary based on your tier status, all UJ Rewards members earn points that can be redeemed as discounts, get early access to new drops, can unlock free shipping, and more.. The full breakdown of benefits based on tier status is below:

What are the new membership tiers?

ICYMI we gave our UJ Rewards tiers a makeover! While there are still four tiers, they have new names, new spend amounts, and refreshed benefits. 

Why did my tier name change? 

UJ Rewards got a makeover and so did our tier names! Here’s a quick glance at how our previous tiers line up with the new ones. 

Why did my tier status change?

On October 1, 2026, we made some changes to our UJ Rewards program and updated the spend requirements for each tier. Your tier status was automatically updated based on your qualifying spend at the time of the change.

Your new tier earning period also begins on October 1, 2026, giving you more time to work your way up and unlock more UJ Rewards benefits. Once you move up, you’ll keep that status for at least 12 months. During that time, you can maintain or move up based on how much you spend. You can check your current tier status anytime by logging in to your account.

Why did my spend progress reset? 

A new tier earning period began on October 1, 2026, so your tier progress bar reset to reflect the start of the new earning period.

Your current tier was determined using your qualifying spend from the previous 12 months, but progress toward your next tier starts fresh on October 1.

Your points and order history did not reset.

How do I move up tiers?

Your UJ Rewards tier is based on how much you’ve spent over the last 12 months. Once you earn a tier, you’ll keep that status for at least 12 months. During that time, you can maintain or move up based on how much you spend. You can check your current tier status anytime by logging in to your account.

Please note, purchases made with a gift card or store credit will not count towards tier status. Returns also impact tier spend.

What’s new about point redemption?

You can still redeem points for an exclusive discount! For every 200 points, you’ll earn a $10 reward. The more you move up tiers, the faster you’ll earn points. When we were giving UJ Rewards a makeover, we wanted to make sure each tier had new and exciting benefits so you truly feel rewarded each time you move up. 

What’s new about point earning? 

UJ Rewards members will now earn points at different rates based on their tier status. The higher the tier, the more points you’ll earn for every $1 spent. Your tier status at the time of purchase determines how many points you earn on eligible purchases.

Points earned will be rounded to the nearest whole point and added to the member’s UJ Rewards account at the time of purchase. 

What’s new about shipping?

Free shipping is an exclusive benefit you can unlock by joining UJ Rewards. Based on your tier, you’ll have a unique free shipping benefit available to you. UJ Rewards is free to join and lets you earn exclusive discounts, get early access to new drops, and more.

Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases. Free shipping will be automatically applied when subtotal is met at checkout. Products subject to shipping restrictions may not qualify for expedited shipping benefits. Terms of offer are subject to change. 

What’s new about returns? 

You now have 14 days from the date of delivery (rather than purchase date) to start a return. We wanted to be sure the return window doesn’t start while your order is still making its way to you, but rather you have the full 14 days with your items to decide if they’re right for you. 

When placing an online order, you may notice we now offer you the option to unlock free return shipping for eligible items by adding Checkout+ to your order. If you choose to pay this fee when checking out, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to add on Checkout+, you can still return eligible item(s) and pay for the return shipping label out of your return.  

If you’re a VIP UJ Rewards member (previously Diamond), you’ll have the exclusive benefit of getting free returns. 

You can also return eligible items to an Uncommon James store for free.
