If you return an item, any points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your UJ Rewards balance once the return is processed.

If you redeemed points on a purchase that you later return, the points you redeemed will be added back to your UJ Rewards account.

Returns also affect your tier spend. The amount of the returned item will be deducted from your qualifying tier spend. If the return brings your spend below the amount required for your current tier, your tier status may change. You can earn your way back to that tier by making future qualifying purchases.
