Can I cancel a subscription order that’s already been placed?Updated a month ago
We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they’re submitted since our team starts processing them right away. If you’d like the cancel future subscription orders, please follow these steps:
If you have an Uncommon James account, log in here and select 'Manage Subscriptions' in the top navigation.
If you do not have an Uncommon James account, you can get access to manage your subscriptions by entering your email here.
Click 'Edit' next to the subscription you wish to cancel.
Select 'Cancel Subscription' at the bottom of the page.
In order to not be charged, you must cancel your subscription 24 hours before the next billing period. Please reach out to our Customer Experience Team if you have any questions.
