Since we work as quickly as possible to get your order out, we’re not able to cancel, change the products, or adjust prices once your order is placed. Please double check your cart to be sure everything is accurate before submitting your order.

Need to change your shipping address? Contact our Customer Experience Team as soon as possible with your updated address. We’ll do our best to make the change before your order ships, but address changes are not guaranteed.

Please note, our team is available Monday through Friday, 8 am–5 pm CST. Requests received outside of business hours may not be reviewed until the following business day.

Once your order has shipped and tracking is available, we can no longer change the shipping address.
