We’re confident you’ll love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, you can do so within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were received.

You can start your return online through our Return Center or visit any Uncommon James store location.

Full priced products are eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund for up to 14 days following the delivery date. 

When placing an online order, we offer you the option to unlock free return shipping for eligible items by adding Checkout+ to your order. If you choose to pay this fee when checking out, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to add on Checkout+, you can still return eligible item(s) and pay for the return shipping label out of your return. Please note that Checkout+ does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies. Learn more about Checkout+.

Return qualifications:

• Your return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
• Only one fragrance return is permitted per customer.
• Final sale items, engraved styles, and mystery items are not eligible for return or exchange.
