How do I make a return/exchange?Updated 12 days ago
To start the return process, please go to our Return Center. You can follow along with the steps below to complete your return.
Find your order
First we’ll need to find your order. Simply enter your order number along with either the zip code, email or phone number used when placing the order. Please be sure to include UJ at the beginning of your order number (EX: UJ123456).
Select your product and reason
Next, choose which item(s) from the order you would like to return or exchange. Please let us know the main reason for your return. If the item was damaged and you want an exact replacement you can select replace/exchange item. Otherwise select “Return” for “Refund or Exchange” for a new item.
Select your preferred return method
Once you’ve selected all the items you’d like to return you can continue with return at the bottom of the screen. Here you have the choice to browse our website for a new item, or continue on for a refund to your original payment method or a store credit.

Print Label and return slip
Submit your return once all of these steps are complete. Make sure to print your return label and slip for easy drop off at your local USPS. The QR code provided can be scanned at USPS instead of printing the label and is only available for 24 hours.
