How do I make changes to my subscription?Updated a month ago

Whether you need your essentials sooner or want to skip or cancel, we make it easy for you to adjust your subscription. You can edit your subscription up to 24 hours before an upcoming charge. 

• If you have an Uncommon James account, log in here and select 'Manage Subscriptions' in the top navigation.

• If you do not have an Uncommon James account, you can get access to manage your subscriptions by entering your email here.

• Once you’re logged in, click 'Edit' next to the subscription you want to adjust. 

• You’ll be able to edit your ship date, delivery frequency, quantity, product selection, and more.
