Billing updates

• If you have an Uncommon James account, log in here and select 'Manage Subscriptions' in the top navigation.

• If you do not have an Uncommon James account, you can manage your subscriptions by entering your email here.

• Click 'Address & Payment Details' in the navigation menu. 

• Follow the instructions to update your payment and billing information.

Shipping updates

• Select the address you wish to adjust, and click 'Update Shipping Address' to confirm changes. Updating your shipping address will update all subscriptions associated with the address.

• Please note, we’re unable to change the shipping address on a subscription order once it begins processing.

You can change all of your subscription information by logging in and going to “My Account” then “Subscriptions.” Click the edit button next to the information you’d like to update. Once you’ve made changes, be sure to save all your edits.
