Extended Processing and Replacements on Engravable Jewelry

If your order contains an engraved style, please note there is a 5-7 business day processing window for our team. Your entire order will ship together once we’re finished engraving your items.

Due to the personalization of engraved styles, all engraved items are final sale. If your product arrives damaged or the engraving is different than what you submitted please contact our Customer Experience Team for help. Engraved items have a 6 month warranty for manufacture damage. This does not include if the item was improperly cared for, lost, or stolen.

Fonts, Letter Limits, and Front/Back Engravings 

Please note, final designs may vary slightly from the preview you see on a product page. Each engraved style has a specific character limit to ensure that the engraving will look its best.

Some items do not have a back engraving option. On styles that do have back engraving available, it is not required. The preview will show based on which field you are editing.

The monogram font will always be preset as capital letters. Regardless of how you type your Monogram preview, it will always engrave in the Traditional Monogram format below.

For the preview, the size of the letters are case sensitive. The large letter needs to be uppercase when put into the font engraving field. If you want your engraving preview to look like a traditional monogram, please follow the example below featuring the Signet Ring:

Note: For the Timeless Pendant Necklace, the Monogram font cannot exceed 3 letters.
