Jewelry warranty

All jewelry pieces are covered under a 1 year manufacturer warranty. If your product becomes damaged or tarnishes within a year of purchase, please contact Customer Experience for a replacement or credit.

Lifestyle and Beauty warranty

All products are covered for 30 days post purchase. In the case that your product is damaged within 30 days you can submit a ticket with Customer Experience for assistance. 

Some exclusions apply including final sale items, items that were not properly cared for and lost or stolen items.
