Proof of purchase from uncommonjames.com or an Uncommon James store, along with a photo of the item is required. Purchases made through authorized retailers are not covered under our warranty.
Some exclusions apply, including final sale items, lost or stolen items, normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones and damage caused by improper care or storage.
