Refund - A return for refund will go back to the original payment method used on the order. Please note, if you used a gift card to pay for a portion of the purchase, it will be refunded before your credit/debit card. 

Store Credit - A return for store credit will generate a gift card that will be sent to your email on file once the return is processed. Gift cards expire 5 years from the date they are created.

Exchange - If you wish to exchange your items, you have two options. 

• Exchange once returned
  • Once we receive your original item and process your return, an exchange order will be created and begin its journey to you. 
• Instant exchange
  • If you need or want your new items quicker, you can do an instant exchange. We will ship out your exchange order immediately and a hold for the value of your original purchase will be placed on your card. Once your return is received we will release the hold. If the return is not sent within 14 days of initiating the exchange the charge will be posted. 

No matter which option you choose, if you are exchanging for an item more expensive than your original purchase you will need to submit payment before a label can be generated.
