What should I do if my tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my package?Updated 7 days ago

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you can’t find it, we recommend:

• Check your mailbox and around your front door, porch, mailroom, or other delivery areas.
• Check with the carrier for additional delivery details.
• Check with your neighbors in case your package was delivered nearby.
• Check with anyone at your address who may have brought the package inside.

If your package still hasn’t turned up after 48 hours, please contact our Customer Experience Team within 7 days of the delivery date so we can help with next steps!
