When will my order ship?Updated 3 hours ago

Once you place your order, we start working on it right away! Our internal shipping hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. CST. Please note, this excludes national holidays. 

Expedited service options take 1-2 business days to process prior to being shipped. Standard shipping can take 3-5 business days to process prior to being shipped. 

During periods of high order volume, processing times for standard shipping are extended to 5–7 business days.

Orders placed after internal shipping hours will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 p.m. CST, as well as orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will begin processing the following Monday. 

Any orders that include an engraved item have a 5-7 day processing time frame. This applies for expedited and standard shipping options. We will ship all items in the order together once the engraving has completed.
