Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5–7 business days for it to be processed. Once your return has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email!

All returned items are inspected to ensure they meet our return qualifications. Refunds are subject to the condition of the returned item, and items that do not meet our return standards may be refused.

Please make sure your return package contains only the Uncommon James item(s) you intend to return. Uncommon James is not responsible for non-Uncommon James items sent to us by mistake, and we are unable to return or refund items sent in error.

If it has been more than 7 business days since your return was delivered and you have not received an update, please contact us.
