If you have received store credits as a form of refund, you can find your balance under your account profile. You must be signed in to your UJ Account associated with the store credit in order to find and use the balance. 

How to find your store credit balance

• Use the profile iconat the top of your page to open your account.
• In the right side of the header on your account you will see your initials. Select that drop down and select profile. 
• At the bottom of the page you will find your payment methods. If you have a store credit balance it will be visible here. You can also see your credit and debit history by selecting the store credit card. 

How to use your store credit

• When you are ready to checkout, navigate to the cart and begin checkout. 
• Under Payment Method you will have the option to "Apply store credit"

Use and limitations to store credits

• Store credits can only be used on uncommonjames.com. 
• Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
• If the store credit balance does not cover the full cost of your order, any other payment method can be used to complete the payment. 
• You cannot use a partial amount of your store credit balance. Redemption will be automatically calculated at checkout when selected.
