Shipping and Processing Hours

Our internal shipping hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. CST. Please note, this excludes national holidays. 

We primarily ship through UPS. Expedited service options take 1-2 business days to process prior to being shipped. Free and standard shipping can take 3-5 business days to process prior to being shipped. We are unable to ship to PO boxes. If you have a military address, please reach out to Customer Experience and we’ll help place your order.

Orders placed after internal shipping hours will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 p.m. CST, as well as orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will begin processing the following Monday. 

Any orders that include an engraved item have a 5-7 day processing time-frame. This applies for expedited and standard shipping options. We will ship all items in the order together once the engraving has completed.

Due to shipping regulations, any order containing Hard Feelings Eau De Parfum must ship using Free Standard Shipping (ground shipping) and is only available for shipment within the contiguous United States. 

We are unable to ship fragrance to:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Territories of the United States

UJ Rewards discounted shipping is not available for fragrance. If you wish to have other items ship faster, we recommend splitting your order into two separate orders. 

Shipping Options

The shipping method you choose estimates only the shipping speed. Please allow 1-2 business days for internal processing when choosing expedited shipping methods and 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Once your order is processed, we’ll get it shipped out! 

Free and Standard Shipping

Free shipping on orders is only available in the U.S. and Canada. No minimum order value is required and this offer is available to all products (you’re welcome!)

Expedited Shipping Policy

Keep in mind, UPS 2nd Day Air expedited shipping does not deliver on the weekends. UPS 2nd Day Air® shipping times start the day after they receive the package. For example, if your package has shipped with UPS 2nd Day Air on Monday, then they should have it delivered by end of day Thursday. 

International Shipping Policy

Due to recent changes in EU law, we are currently not shipping orders to countries within the EU.

There are a few things to note about international shipping. If customs charges occur for your order, you are fully responsible for those fees. Uncommon James is not responsible for customs charges. International orders could take 6-8 weeks to arrive after they’re shipped since all orders must pass through customs. Please keep in mind, the amount of time that takes is completely out of our hands. 

For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products, but the shipping cost will not be refunded. 

We do not provide a return shipping label in our packaging as international returns are the customer’s responsibility. Uncommon James is not responsible for any additional shipping costs that come from returns or exchanges. We also do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Uncommon James.
