All orders must go through an internal processing time before shipping. Processing takes 3-5 business days once your order is placed. Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm.

If it has been less than 5 business days since your order was placed, it is still being processed and tracking will be sent to you once it has shipped.
